Kingdom Pilsener
ABV 5.0% IBU: 22 - 25
A light, golden coloured Lager brewed and matured as a traditional Pilsner. We only use 100% European malt - we don`t use Rice, Maize, Sugar or Enzymes because we don`t believe that`s how real beer should be made
For that extra depth of flavour and aroma we use only American hops in the kettle, late in the boil.
We use European yeast and insist on a long slow fermentation and cold maturation to allow flavours to develop to their best. This gives us a reasonably full bodied Pilsner style beer with a well balanced hop flavour and aromas of Apricot, Floral, Grass plus a little spicy too.
Kingdom Pilsner is a true Rheinheitsgebot beer but with an American twist that makes it perfect for this hot climate.
Kingdom IPA
ABV 5.0% IBU: 38 - 42
An amber coloured West Coast style IPA brewed with only 100% European malts - we don`t use Rice, Maize, Sugars or Enzymes and this ensures that the beer has distinctive malty tones with natural fullness in the body.
We late kettle hop and dry hop with 100% American hops from the Yakima Valley which is renowned for hops that give fruitiness, flavour and full on aromas
Our yeast is a classic West Coast USA IPA variety and that ensures that we get the depth of flavour we want
This is a true West Coast IPA that is malty, full bodied and well balanced then loaded with Tropical Fruits and Citrus on the nose from those amazing hops.

Kingdom Mango IPA
ABV 5.0% IBU: 25 - 30
A fine, full bodied IPA with a deep Golden Colour brewed using only 100% European Malts - we don`t use Rice, Maize, Sugars or Enzymes and this ensures that the beer has distinctive malty tones with natural fullness in the body.
We late kettle hop with 100% American hops from the Yakima Valley which is renowned for hops that give fruitiness, flavour and full on aromas
We dry hop with our secret blend of those American hops along with a hint of natural mangoes and this gives this fine IPA an explosion of tropical fruits, passionfruit, pineapple and even citrus with mango really coming to the fore and balancing the beer nicely.
This is a real West Coast style IPA brewed with Asian influence and flavour so it`s refreshing and perfect for the hot & sultry climate we live in
Kingdom White
ABV 5.0% IBU: 18 - 20
A fine and hazy Belgian Wit style beer brewed with only 100% European Malt & Wheat - we don`t use Rice, Maize, Sugars or Enzymes because that`s not how we believe beers should be brewed
When we ferment this beer we use a specific Belgian yeast which ensures that it stays traditionally hazy and develops a distinct spiciness with background hints of bananas and even some cloves
The softness of this beer, its underlying sweetness and creamy body make it refreshing and perfect for the hot climate we live in
